Nightmare Prevention Sweep
If someone in the family is having recurring nightmares, sprinkle this sweep in their room before bed. IN the morning sweep it up counterclockwise, and dispose of it away from your home.
-2 parts rosemary
-2 parts sesame seeds
-2 parts thyme
-1 part basil
-Baking soda base
